SupportFund.com is a fundraising platform that allows registered participants to effectively manage their fundraising activities, collect donations, and process fundraiser sales for their school, team, or organization. The supportfund.com website is owned by School Fundraising Coach, LLC doing business as SupportFund.

Refund Policy for Supporters

All sales and donations are final. Do not support fundraising campaigns on behalf of students or participants that you do not know or trust. If you purchase an item from a fundraising campaign and elect to have the item delivered to you by the student or fundraising participant that you are supporting you are responsible for getting your item from the individual you supported. Support Fund will deliver all items to the school group that were purchased and elected to be delivered using this method. Support Fund will not be held financially responsible if you do not receive your item from the student you supported and such transactions are not subject to dispute.

If the fundraiser you donated to is still active and the donation amount was made in error then SupportFund will be able to process a refund. Users agree that they will not use an unauthorized credit card in making transactions on the supportfund.com website. Transactions are only subject to dispute if unauthorized use of the donor’s payment card is proved. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, please notify your card provider immediately.

Disbursement of Funds for Organizations

SupportFund authorizes school groups, and other organizations to sell items and process donations for their fundraising campaigns via our online software platform, supportfund.com. Support Fund will process payments for fundraising sales and donations on behalf of the beneficiary and hold such funds in a non operating account until the end of the Campaign. Payment will be made to the beneficiary within 10 business days of the fundraiser end date less the cost of products and services provided by Support Fund. The cost of products and service fees are outlined in the agreement between Support Fund and the fundraising organization.

Registration and Restrictions

If you wish to signup as a user of the Website, you will need to register and setup an account with SupportFund. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself, including name and email. You will also be asked to create a user name and password. You are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your user name and password to another party. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted during the registration process. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately - by emailing us at info@supportfund.com - of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Age Requirements

Access and use of the Website or involvement with any Campaign is intended solely for users who are 13 years of age or older, and any registration by, use of or access to the Website or involvement in any Campaign by anyone under 13 is unauthorized. If you are under 13, you are only allowed to access this Website or any Campaign with your parent or guardian permission and supervision. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you should review these Terms of Use with your parent or guardian and only register as a fundraising participant with their permission and under their supervision.

No unlawful or prohibited use

You may not use the supportfund.com website in any manner, which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the website. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the website.

Copyright

All content included as part of services provided by SupportFund, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of SupportFund or its suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the website.

User Content

SupportFund does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to supportfund.com. By posting, uploading, inputting, or providing content you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submissions. You represent and warrant that your submissions do not infringe the copyright, trademark, publicity/privacy right or other intellectual property or proprietary of any third party. User agrees that the user’s submissions to supportfund.com will not: defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; and user further agrees that the user’s submissions will not include any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
